Gerry Curran

Furnaceland Garderns, Swanlinbar, Cavan / Corlough, Cavan

In the care of the wonderful staff of the Easker Lodge Nursing Home Cavan.

Gerry's remains will arrive to Saint Patrick's Church, Corlough, via Dernacrieve Cross, for Mass of the Resurrection tomorrow, Friday, at 2pm. Burial will take in the family plot, with his late parents Paddy & Lizzie in the adjoining graveyard.

Nuala Duffy

Osprey Park, Templeogue, Dublin / Castleblayney, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Nuala Duffy. Osprey Park, Templeogue, Dublin & formerly Knockreagh, Culloville, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan. 14th June 2022. Unexpectedly, at Tallaght University Hospital, surrounded by her beloved family. Predeceased by her parents John & Brigid and her brothers Sean & Pearse.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by her family, her sisters Maureen (Burns, Derryisland, Castleblayney), Vera (Chambers, Carrickmacross), Patsie (Grier, Dundalk) and her brothers Eamonn (Manchester) & Vincent (Kilmurray, Culloville), her sister-in-law Mary, her nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives & friends.

MAY SHE REST IN PEACE.

Nuala will repose at Lonergan Funeral Directors Funeral Home, Carrickmacross, A81 D328, on Sunday, 19th June, from 3pm until 5pm followed by removal to St. Patrick's Church, Broomfield, arriving for prayers of reception at 6pm. Nuala's Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, 20th June, at 12 noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

No flowers please, donations in lieu, if desired, directly to the Irish Heart Foundation or via donation box.

Ethna Gilmour (née Meegan)

Drumgrole, Ballybay, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Ethna Gilmour, Nee Meegan, Drumgrole, Ballybay, Co. Monaghan Wednesday June 15th suddenly at her residence. Ethna, predeceased by her son Damien, and her brother in-law Pat, deeply regretted and remembered with love by her heartbroken family, husband John, daughters Rosina Owens and Noella Johnston and partner Gary, sons Sean and Brendan and their wives Jean and Crystal, grandchildren Emma and partner Amanda, Brendan and wife Emma, Megan and her fiancé Conor, Ollie, Stephanie and Ellen, brothers in-law Brian and wife Pearl, Robert and partner Sue, sister in-law Mary (England), nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Ethna will repose at Ward’s Funeral Home, Ballybay, tomorrow Friday afternoon from 4pm until 8pm.

Removal on Saturday morning from Ward’s Funeral Home at 10:40am, proceeding on foot to arrive at St Patrick’s Church, Ballybay for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery. House strictly private by request please.

Due to Covid please wear a face mask if possible and refrain from shaking hands, while attending Ethna’s wake and funeral.

Robert (Bobby) Siberry

Gortnawinny, Clones, Monaghan

Peacefully on Thursday, 16th June 2022, at home, surrounded by his loving family. Bobby will be dearly missed by his much loved family. His devoted wife Hazel, son Keith, daughters Janet and Grace, daughter-in-law Jenny, sons-in-law Robbie and Martin, his adored Grandchildren Chloe and Callum, sister Florence, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, the extended family and his many friends.

Resting at his home, until removal on Saturday, 18th June, at 12.15pm, for Funeral service in Saint Andrew's Parish Church, Scotshouse, at 1pm, followed by private cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.
