Pop-up vaccine clinics continuing

A number are to be held across Cavan over the coming week.

The HSE is continuing to run pop-up Covid-19 vaccine centres across Co Cavan.

The latest, announced this morning, are to take place in Gowna and Ballinagh.

The first takes place in Gowna Health Centre today and tomorrow from 1pm to 4pm on both days. The HSE says doses one and two will be available, as well as booster doses for those aged 12 years and over.

On Friday (July 15), two clinics will be held in Ballinagh Health Centre.

The first takes place between 1pm and 2pm and offers dose one and dose two vaccinations for children aged between five and 11.

A second clinic will run from 2.30pm to 4pm. Doses one and two will be available, as well as booster doses for those aged 12 years and over. A second booster for those aged 65 and over will also be given.

In Monaghan, a walk-in vaccination clinic is being held at the New Primary Health Care Centre on the Oriel Road in Carrickmacross from 2pm to 5pm tomorrow.

Vaccines available there are doses one and two will be available, as well as booster doses for those aged 12 years and over.

A second clinic will be held at the Monaghan Primary Care Centre, St Davnet’s Campus on Friday from 10.30am to 1pm and from 1.30pm to 4pm.
