Not a bad day but rain to return

Most places will be dry today with just isolated showers and sunny spells. However, it will be cloudier near southern and southeastern coasts for much of the morning and afternoon with patchy rain and drizzle.

Highest temperatures of 16 to 21 degrees, coolest in the northwest, in a light southwesterly or variable breeze.

TONIGHT

Tonight will become cloudy overall with rain spreading across the country from the west and southwest overnight, turning heavy in places.

Mild and humid with lowest temperatures generally of 11 to 15 degrees, slightly milder near southern coasts, in light to moderate southeasterly winds.

TOMORROW

A dull and wet start to Monday with widespread outbreaks of rain, turning heavy in some places.

The rain will gradually clear northeastwards through the day, with sunny spells and scattered showers following from the west. Highest temperatures of 18 to 22 degrees in light to moderate westerly winds.
