DB Cycling Club host successful sportive

Event has raised over €35k to date for the Cavan Branch of Irish Kidney Association Patient Comfort Fund.

DB Cycling Club held their milestone 10th Anniversary Sportive in aid of the Cavan Branch of Irish Kidney Association Patient Comfort Fund.

The event took place on Saturday, July 23.

Cycling enthusiasts cycling clubs from all over the region took part in the popular sportive. What started off over 10 years ago between a small group of local cyclists has since turned into a well-run, safe and enjoyable event with various distances suiting all levels.

Over €35,000.00 has been raised to date, which are then used in a variety of ways from donations to the hospital, and also the continuation of support to families as patients as they themselves journey through treatment.
