Suzanne Cosgrove

Loughview, Cavan

Suzanne Cosgrove, Loughview, Cavan. Tuesday August 23rd 2022 suddenly at her home. Beloved daughter of the late Hughie Cosgrove, loving mother of Sandra and Joseph, devoted daughter of Christine and always loving Granny of Ryder and Isabella Djaden and Mason James. Suzanne will be very sadly missed and fondly remembered by her daughter, son, grandchildren, mother, brothers, sisters, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, all her extended family and many friends.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at the McMahon Funeral Home, Farnham Road, Cavan (H12 C821) on Friday afternoon from 3pm until 5pm. Walk through only please and no hand shaking. Removal from the Funeral Home on Saturday morning at 10.30am to St. Brigid’s Church, Killygarry arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Then following Mass, the cortege will travel via the By Pass to Cullies Cemetery for committal prayers and burial.

The family would like to say thanks to all of you for your co-operation, understanding and support at this sad time for them.

Unexpectedly on Thursday 25th August 2022. Clonbrusk West, Coosan, Athlone, Co. Westmeath and formerly of Cavan and Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal. (Retired Detective, An Garda Síochána). Predeceased by his brothers and sister. Sadly missed by his loving wife Sadie, daughters Jacqueline (Jackie) and Emma (Daly), son Mark, sisters Marie and Margaret, son-in-law Nigel, grandchildren Katlyn, Hannah, Tom, and Shane, in-laws, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Kilnalun, Kingscourt, Meath / Kingscourt, Cavan

Josephine Rooney (née Hanratty), Kilnalun, Kingscourt, Co. Meath has passed away peacefully surrounded by her devoted family in the loving care of the staff of Kilmainhamwood Nursing Home, 25th August, 2022.

Predeceased by her husband Tom, son Declan, brothers Brian, Kevin & P.J., sisters Kathleen, Margaret, Martha and Bernadette.

Deeply regretted by her daughters Marie (McKeon), Therese (Martin), sons Thomas, Peter, Paul, Damien, sisters Sr. Veronica (M.M.M), Dympna, Olive and Vera. Sadly missed by her sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Reposing at her home (A82 CK70) on Friday, 26th August, from 4pm to 9pm and on Saturday, 27th August from 4pm to 9pm.

Josephine’s Funeral Mass will take place at 12pm in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kingscourt on Sunday, 28th August, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Josephine’s funeral cortège will begin from her home on Sunday morning, travelling to the Church of the Immaculate Conception via Church Street from 11.30 am. Neighbours and friends are very welcome to line that route as a mark of respect.

Marie Cadden (née Bradley)

Coolshannagh, Monaghan Town, Monaghan

Peacefully at home. Predeceased by her husband Kieran, sons Kieran and John, daughter Sinéad and her sisters Rosie and Mary. Sadly missed by her sons Alan and Seamus, daughter Stephanie, daughter in law Michelle, grandchildren Darren, Kieran, Matthew, Grace, Abbie, Chloe and Shaé, brothers Johnny, Tommy, Hughie, Paddy, Willie and George, sisters Eileen, Maggie, Kate, Cindy, Ann and Teresa, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Rest in Peace.

Reposing at her home on Friday (26/08/2022) from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m., subject to Covid 19 guidelines. House private at all other times please. Removal on Saturday (27/08/2022) at 10.15 a.m. arriving at St. Macartan's Cathedral, Monaghan for funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Urbleshanny.

Eileen Campbell (née Mohan)

Monaghan

Eileen Campbell (nee Mohan), East Finchley, London and late of Co. Monaghan. 20th August 2022. Sadly missed by husband Colm, children Michael, Pamela and Mark, grandchildren Mika, Eileen, Taidhg, Tabitha and Tara, brothers Dessie and Gerry, sister May, extended family and friends.
