Gates stolen from Bailieborough

The theft of gates has prompted an appeal for information from Gardaí.

The 6ft wooden gates were stolen from the entrance to a forestry site at Derrydamph outside Bailieborough.

Gardaí say the theft occured at some point between Tuesday, September 6 and Friday, September 9.

The large gates were taken from their posts and removed from the scene.

Gardaí have appealed for anyone with information to contact them in Bailieborough on 042 9694570.
