Today will be breezy with sunny spells and scattered showers. Some of the showers will be heavy and there will be a slight chance of a thunderstorm. Highest temperatures of 12 to 14 degrees with a moderate to fresh and gusty southwesterly wind, easing and backing southerly later.

It will become mostly dry this evening, apart from isolated showers. Clear spells at first tonight but cloud will increase overnight bringing outbreaks of rain to the west coast by morning. It will become breezy or windy again as fresh to strong and gusty southerly winds develop. Lowest temperatures of 8 to 10 degrees.

Tomorrow

Bank-holiday Monday morning will be cloudy, with some persistent and locally heavy rain in the west. During the afternoon and evening the rain will affect eastern parts, heavy at times,with the chance of spot flooding in places, whilst it will turn drier in the west. Highest temperatures of 12 to 14 degrees with strong southerly winds easing to become light to moderate variable or southwest.
