Maura Barry (née McGee)

43 Newline, Cootehill, Cavan

The death has occurred of Maura Barry (nee McGee) 43 Newline, Cootehill, and formerly Kilarue, Maudabawn, Cootehill, Co. Cavan, November 18th 2022, peacefully, at Cavan General Hospital, Cavan. Predeceased by her husband Christy and sister Pauline. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her extended family, nieces, nephews, brother-in-law and her long time friend, Marion Roche, and a large circle of friends.

Pearse Mc Barron

Gortacashel, Swanlinbar, Cavan

Suddenly and peacefully at Sligo University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Son of the late James and Margaret and brother of the late Marie. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Kathleen, daughter Sinead (Sean), sons Rory (Connie), Danny (Samantha), brothers Seamus and Michael, sisters Assumpta and Phyllis, grandchildren Padraig, Dallan, Tommy, Leo, Olivia, Ruby and Alesha, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and a large circle of friends.

MAY PEARSE'S GENTLE SOUL REST IN PEACE. Pearse's remains will repose at his late residence on Sunday, 20th November, from 4pm until 9pm. HOUSE STRICTLY PRIVATE AT ALL OTHER TIMES. Pearse's remains will leave his late residence on Monday, 21st November, at 11.40am to arrive at Saint Mary's Church, Swanlinbar, for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon with burial in Killaduff Cemetery. Pearse's family wish to express their appreciation for your understanding at this difficult time.

Angela Walsh (née Wray)

Drumheel, Ballinagh, Cavan / Cavan Town, Cavan

Angela Walsh (nee Wray) Drumheel, Ballinagh, Co. Cavan who passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Saturday 19th of November 2022 after a short illness. Predeceased by her brothers Kevin and Brian. Loving wife and best friend of John and dear mother of Caroline (Adam), Fiona, Elaine and Niamh, mother in law of Jim and adoring grandmother of Éabha. Sadly missed by her sisters Carmel and Irene and her brother Philip, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends. May she rest in peace.

Reposing at her residence on Sunday evening 20th from 4pm – 8 pm. House private at all other times. Removal on Monday to arrive at St. Felim’s Church, Ballinagh, for funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Killygarry Cemetery travelling via Moynehall. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to Palliative Care, Cavan.
