The concept of destination food is a relatively new one but Grainne Hourican brought her recipe for success to the Cavan market in Chapter One. Located at the Cavan Retail Park since 2018, the restaurant and retail outlet employs 50 people.

The business considers itself unique in Cavan as it combines the dining and shopping experience in a beautiful setting. Expect fabulous food, friendly staff and a quality range of products.

Chapter One has plans to continue to develop its bakery and food offering and also to launch a range of products under the Chapter One brand.
