Personal highlight for 2022?

Seeing a Panto back in Townhall Cavan and seeing all the people coming who might not normally visit us coming and seeing the excitement and smiles on children’s faces. You can’t beat a Panto.

Best live show you saw this year?

Teac Damsa - A performance of MAM contemporary dance with Cormac Begley in Mullahoran GFC.

TV/cinema highlight?

An Cailin Ciuin, probably not just the best Irish language film ever made but the best Irish film ever made.

Favourite book?

Fiction: Homesickness a collection of short stories by Colin Barrett. Non-Fiction: Surrender by Bono.

One to watch?

Marcus Magee – An extraordinary musical talent, a beautiful songwriter and a hell of a nice guy. Looking forward to working with him on a new very exciting project in 2023 which is still top secret. Watch this space!
