The death has occurred of Fr. Patrick (Pat) Farrelly Parochial House, Upper Lavey, Co. Cavan and formerly Cornaglea, Mullagh, Co. Cavan,

Wednesday, 2nd August, 2023.

Peacefully, in the care of his family and the staff of St. Joseph’s Lisdarn, Cavan.

Pre-deceased by his parents Thomas and Rose, sadly missed by

his sisters Sr. Elizabeth, Kitty and Rosemarie, brothers Noel and Thomas,

nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews,

Bishop Martin Hayes, Bishop Leo O’Reilly, and his fellow clergy of Kilmore Diocese, extended family and a large circle of friends.

Rest In Peace.

Reposing at the Parochial House, Upper Lavey, Co. Cavan on Friday, 4th August, from 2pm until prayers at 8pm.

Removal to St. Dympna’s Church, arriving at 11.45am on Saturday, 5th August, for Requiem Mass at 12 noon.

Burial afterwards in St. Killian's Cemetery, Mullagh.

Family flowers only, please.

Alphie Ryan, Seangharrai Drive, Ballinagh, County Cavan and formerly of Thurles, Tipperary. Peacefully in Lisdarn Unit. Deeply regretted by his loving sisters, Mary and Jean, brothers, Noel and Gerry, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his wife Bridie.

Funeral Mass in St Felim's Church, Ballinagh, County Cavan on Thursday, the 3rd of August, at 12 noon followed by cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Rd., Cavan at 1pm.

May He Rest In Peace.

Michael Traynor

Riverstown, Rathfeigh, Tara, Meath / Killinkere, Cavan

Michael, peacefully died surrounded by his family at The Bons Secours Hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by his parents M.J. and Kathleen, his brother Henry and his sister Eileen. Loving husband of Eileen and dear father of Kevin, Ann, Brendan and John. Sadly missed by his family, his 12 adored grandchildren, son-in-law Damien, daughters-in-law Bronagh, Ruth and Caitríona, brothers John, Norbert and Raymond, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and his many good neighbours and friends.

May Michael Rest In Peace.

Reposing at his home at Riverstown from 4 pm to 8 pm this Friday evening. Removal on Saturday to St. Cianán's Church, Duleek arriving for Funeral Mass at 2 pm. Burial afterwards in Crossmacole Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to The Irish Heart Foundation. House private on Saturday.

Michael's family would like to say a special thank you to the Staff of The Bon Secours Hospital for the wonderful care that they gave to Michael and also his home carers.

Kiea Mc Cann

3 Fitzpatricks Square, Clones, Monaghan

The untimely death has occurred of Kiea Mc Cann, Clones, Co. Monaghan, alongside her best friend Dlava Mohamed, following a tragic car accident. Kiea is predeceased by her brother Jason.

Kiea will be forever missed and always loved by her mum Teresa, her father Franky, her brothers and sisters; Brandon, Jentzen, Frankie, Michaela, Shauna, Shaunice, Tameaka, Tanisha, Amelia and her wide circle of best friends and family.

Kiea will also be missed by her heartbroken grandmothers Mary Ellen Mc Cann and Anna Rose Flynn, her two nephews Tadhg and Liam, her uncles and aunts, cousins and friends.

Kiea's funeral procession will leave her family home on Thursday at 1.30pm approx, to arrive at Sacred Heart Chapel, Clones, for 2pm funeral Mass.

Dlava Mohamed

22 The Diamond, Clones, Monaghan

The untimely death has occurred of Dlava Mohamed, alongside her best friend Kiea Mc Cann, following a tragic car accident.

Cherished and much loved daughter of Hohamed and Zenab Mohamed. Dlava will be sadly missed by her brothers Mostafa and Rashid and her sisters Lilov, Asmahan, Auin and Giham.

Dlava will also be sorely missed by her wide circle of family and friends.

Dlava came home to the family home Wednesday evening in The Diamond, Clones, for 7pm where she will resting among her family and many friends.

Dlava will be leaving the Diamond Clones on Thursday morning at 6:45am to arrive at Clonskeagh Mosque & Culture Centre, 19 Roebuck Road, at 13:30pm for her Funeral Services. Her Gentle soul will be laid to rest at 3pm in Newcastle Muslim Cemetery, Dublin.

There will be a coach leaving the Diamond, Clones, at 6.45am to follow Dlava to Dublin, to her final resting place for all her family and friends.

Brian Rooney

London and formerly Crosses, Monaghan

Peacefully following a short illness. Predeceased by his parents Bridget and Bernard, wife Nancy, brother Gerard and son in law Stuart.

Sadly missed by his daughters Carolyn, Mandy, Grainne and Aisling and son Bernard and his wife Katy, brothers John and Francis, sister Mary Macklin, brothers and sisters in law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and wide circle of friends in London and Monaghan.
