Peacefully, at the Mater Hospital, Dublin, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her sons Seán & James, her daughter Mary Kate and her grandson Ben. Loving wife, mother, nana and great-nana. She will be sadly missed by her heartbroken husband Seán, daughters Sinéad & Rosie, son Thomas, son-in law Shane and daughter-in-law Keeley, brother Stephen, her beloved grandchildren Ciarán, Katie, Adam, Katelyn, Alex, Chloe, Tyler, Skye & Naomi, her great-grandchildren Kayden, Grayson & Ryan, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at her home in Gurteen, Swanlinbar H14 RX90 on Wednesday 9th August from 5pm until 9pm. Removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Corlough on Thursday morning arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, in lieu, if desired to the Oncology Unit, Cavan General Hospital or the Swanlinbar Apostolic Society c/o Smiths Funeral Directors, Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim. Louise Emerson (nee Mc Govern), Morden, Surrey & formerly Mullaghlea, Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan. The sudden death has occurred of Louise Emerson (nee Mc Govern) on Saturday, July 22nd. Predeceased by her father John Mc Govern. Deeply regretted by her husband Richard, sons James & Daniel, mother Chrissie, brother Phillip (Sinead), sisters Caroline (Matt), Christina (Andy), relatives, neighbours and friends. Remains arriving at St. Mogue's Church, Bawnboy, on Thursday evening at 7 o'clock. Funeral mass on Friday at 11 o'clock. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

August 7th 2023, peacefully, in the dedicated care of Staff in St. Joseph's nursing home, Virginia. Recently predeceased by his daughter Mary, sister Kathleen Cassidy & brother-in-law Michael Fox. Deeply regretted & sadly missed by his heartbroken family, his wife Eileen, daughters Catherine & Breda (Jamie) and his adored grandson Paul, his brother Dennis & sisters Anna Mary & Patricia, his sister-in-law Kathleen and brother-in-law Tommy, nieces, nephews, relatives and his many good neighbours and work colleagues. Breege Loughnane (nee Johnston), 17 Fairview, Cavan, Sunday August 6th 2023, peacefully at the Mater Hospital, Dublin, following a long illness bravely borne. Predeceased by her infant son William, granddaughter Sharon, parents Dominic and Rose, brother Tom and sisters Maureen and Rose. Breege will be very sadly missed by her heart broken family, her beloved husband and best friend Billy, sons Mark and David, daughters Rachel and Charlotte, daughters in law Carol and Kathleen, sons in law David and Michael, her adored grandchildren and great grandchildren, brothers Dominic and Paul, sisters Philomena, Barbara and Jacqueline, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, all her extended family, good neighbours and a wide circle of friends. Reposing at the Mc Mahon Funeral Home, Farnham Rd, Cavan, on Wednesday evening from 5pm and will conclude with prayers at 7pm. Removal from her home in Fairview on Thursday morning at 11.20am, travelling on foot, to the Cathedral of Saints Patrick and Felim, Cavan for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial will take place afterwards in Cullies Cemetery. The death occurred of Fiona Gormley, Shanmullagh, Clontibret, Monaghan, Co. Monaghan, peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, Sunday 6th August. Beloved wife of Seamus Carey and adored mother of Lianne, James and Aaron. Fiona will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her husband, daughter, sons, much loved granddaughter Sophie, by her heart broken parents, Phelim and Philomena, sisters Bernadine and Marion, her brothers Colm, Martin and Kevin, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, extended family, friends and by all who knew and loved Fiona. Fiona will be resting at the family residence, privately amongst her family, with removal on Tuesday morning at 10.15am to arrive at St Mary's Chapel, Clontibret, for 11am funeral Mass followed by private cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.
