Fine finish to the weekend

Mist patches this morning will clear. Today will be dry with warm spells of hazy sunshine gradually developing, although low cloud or fog may persist near some coastal areas. Highs of 18 to 21 degrees. Light to moderate southwest winds, breeziest along western coasts.

Largely clear weather at first tonight with winds easing light or near calm. Mist and fog will develop tonight in many areas. Lowest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees.

A misty start tomorrow with pockets of fog slowing clearing. Tomorrow will be another warm, dry and mostly sunny day, aside from some spots of coastal fog. Very light winds with top temperatures of 21 to 23 degrees.

Continuing warm with an increased chance of heavy or thundery showers from midweek, although there is uncertainty in the details.

A mild night, especially in the south where temperatures will remain in the mid to high teens overnight. Mostly clear and dry, with some mist or fog over the northern half of the country. Light east to northeast winds, moderate along the south coast.

Dry with a mix of cloud and sunny spells for most, but there will be showers in the southwest that could turn heavy or thundery later. Warm with highs of 21 to 26 degrees, warmest away from the east coast with light to moderate easterly breezes.

Another mild night with overnight temperatures of 14 to 17 degrees. Long dry and clear spells with well scattered showers, some may be heavy in the southwest. Light southeast breezes.

A cloudier day with scattered showers, most likely affecting the western half of the country with mainly dry weather in the east. Some showers may be heavy. There will be some hazy sunshine at times. Warm and humid, with highs generally between 21 and 25 degrees. Moderate southerly winds. Wednesday night will be very mild and humid, with temperatures not falling below 16 or 17 degrees in many parts.

Scattered heavy or thundery showers mixed with some bright or sunny intervals. A humid day with highs of 20 to 25 degrees, currently looking to be warmest in the east, in light to moderate southerly winds.
