Highest temperatures of 6 to 10 degrees in moderate, occasionally fresh, west to southwest winds.

Showers will continue to feed into Atlantic coastal counties throughout Thursday night while remaining mostly dry further east. A clear and cold night with lowest temperatures of 0 to 5 degrees generally, with frost possibly developing in places, in mostly light southwest winds.

Friday is expected chilly at first with hazy sunshine, and just some showers in the west and northwest. Highest temperatures of 6 to 10 degrees in mostly light southwest winds at first, backing southeasterly and strengthening with the rain.

The rain will clear northeastwards through Friday night with blustery showers following from the west as moderate to fresh southeast winds veer south to southwest by morning. Lowest temperatures early in the night of 5 to 9 degrees.

Showers continuing into the night Saturday with clearer spells developing in the southeast overnight. Lowest temperatures of 8 to 10 degrees in moderate to fresh southwest winds.

Further showers or spells of showery rain expected Sunday. Moderate to fresh southwesterly winds at first, veering northwesterly through the evening and easing slightly. Highest temperatures of 11 to 13 degrees generally.
