New auctioneer sets up in Cootehill
Mark Lawlor Auctioneers are set to expand in the coming weeks with a new Cootehill branch almost ready to open its doors. Having gained an abundance of experience in the property market in Dublin over the last decade, while working in Grand Canal Dock with Owen Reilly and Sherry Fitzgerald in Drumcondra, Mark Lawlor is ready to use his knowledge of the commercial and residential property market to run the second branch of the family business.
The new business will be operating out of what was the Coffee Pot and Micheal Smith Auctioneers on Main Street, Cootehill.
“I’m just putting the final touches on the office and it won’t be long until we can get going. We have an in-depth knowledge in all property areas including residential, commercial, farms, lettings and valuations, along with offering an advisory service and property management. I can only hope that our professional approach will gain the business and trust of the people of Cootehill and surrounding areas,” he told the Celt.
It was always Mark's intention to gain invaluable experience in Dublin property market and bring this back to the family business in Cavan.
“I always intended to come home to the family business and expand on it. We did a lot of market research and found that the busy and bustling town of Cootehill is an ideal location for a new branch. We are really looking forward to getting settled in and hitting the ground running in the coming weeks.”
