The Pink Haired Pastry Chef, aka Rosie Morgan is a chef and food photographer.
Her business provides photography, videography, food styling and recipe development services to food and product related businesses that want to improve their online presence. Her clients include restaurants, distilleries, food markets and food production businesses.
Rosie is the brains and talent behind this creative business. She says her services help businesses to showcase their talents online.
“Professional photos can increase sales and brand awareness,” explained Rosie, who has currently swapped her pink locks in favour of a turquoise shade (but is thinking of going back to her pink brand identity).
“We have a real passion for food and food photography and that shines through in everything we do,” she added.
With over eight years’ experience in the hospitality and food service sector, the Pink Haired Pastry Chef understands her clients’ needs and limitations.
“We understand how to navigate busy kitchens and busy schedules to provide the best and least intrusive service,” explained Rosie.
“With regards to recipe development, the recipes created for our customers are scientifically formulated and have been tried and tested multiple times.”
The local business woman says the best business advice she has ever been given focuses on growth and development.
“Growth is uncomfortable, you will have to be nervous and uncomfortable often to grow your business,” she found.
“In terms of the future, I am hoping for more growth and connections with other businesses. We are also working on providing prints to the public, which will be available next year.”
