The death has occurred, following a tragic accident, of Sean Farrelly (aged 41), Silverlawns, Navan, Co. Meath and formerly Galbolie, Bailieborough, Co. Cavan.

Predeceased by his grandparents Michael and Margaret O'Reilly, and his uncle Jim. Sean will be sadly missed by his heartbroken wife Karen, sons Aaron and Thomas, daughter Abigail, his loving mother Noreen and father Sean, brother Keith, sister Nicole, grandparents May and Mickey, mother and father in law Joan and Con Doherty, (Rathmore, Kerry), brothers in law Padraig, Damien and Evan, sister in law Grace, nieces Katie and Freya, nephews Barry and John, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at James Fox's Funeral Home, Abbeylands, Navan C15PH6T, on Friday 19th from 4pm until 8pm. Arriving to St. Mary's Church, Fair Green, Navan C15X0A3 on Saturday morning at 10.45am for 11am Funeral Mass, which can be viewed live on http://www.navanparish.ie/livestream.

Burial afterwards in St. Finian's Cemetery, Old Athboy Road, Navan.

House Private at all times.

Maureen Kearns (née McGee)

Kilmacanogue, Wicklow / Kilnaleck, Cavan

Formerly of Kill, Kilnaleck, Co. Cavan, Maureen passed away Saturday, 13th January 2024, surrounded by her loving family at St Vincent’s University Hospital.

Predeceased by her son Darren who she is now reunited with in heaven along with her parents Mollie and Breen and sister Teresa.

Remembered with love and great memories by her husband Paddy, daughters Pauline, Orla and Shauna, sons Kieran and Stephen, sons in law Brian, Brendan and Stuart, daughter in law Jessica, and by her adored grandchildren Tristin, Alannah, Darragh, Rian, Reece, Samuel and Aaron, siblings Nuala Briody, Siobhan Lynch and Vincie, God daughter Lorraine, aunts, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Maureen will repose at the family home (A98 FN36) from 6pm on Wednesday and all day Thursday.

House private on Friday and Saturday.

Funeral arriving to St Mochonog's Church, Kilmacanogue, on Saturday for funeral Mass at 12 noon after which Maureen will be laid to rest with Darren in the adjoining cemetery.

14th of January 2024, suddenly, at Cavan General Hospital, aged 67 years.

Beloved husband of Monica, father of Sharon, Marina and Declan, father-in-law of Jason and Louise, and beloved grandfather.

Sadly missed by his sisters, Rita, Ann, Bernadette, Una, Maureen, Beatrice, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Reposing at family home at Drumsilla Wednesday, 17th January, from 4 pm to 8pm.

A shuttle bus service will be operating from Cornmill Theatre, Carrigallen during reposing times.

Removal to Saint Mary's Church, Carrigallen on Thursday, 18th of January, for 12 noon Funeral Mass followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.

Bridget (Bridie) Brady (née Mulligan)

Purth Ballinroey, Dring, Longford

Monday 15th of January peacefully in her 103rd year at her son and daughter in laws home Michael and Treasa Brady.

Predeceased by her loving husband Jimmy and daughter Nuala. Sadly missed and always remembered by her sons Michael and Seamus, daughters Cait and Ann, daughters in-law Treasa and Joan, son in-law Brian, nephews, nieces, grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Many Thanks to her long term carers Philomena, Nina, Kelly and Marie.

Reposing at the Manor Nursing Home Chapel, Edgeworthstown Wednesday, 17th January, from 5pm - 8pm.

Funeral Mass in St. Joseph's Church, Purth, Dring, Co. Longford Thursday at 11am with burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Riona Carolan (née Dillon)

Peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, 16th January 2024. Predeceased by her husband Herbie.

Deeply regretted by her sons Brian, Don and Paul, grandchildren Jacqui, Chris, Oisin, Georgina, Hannah, Ellen and Aobhín, daughters-in-law Colette, Audrey and Andrea, sisters Nuala, Anne, Therese, Marguerite, Bernie, Imelda, brothers Marty Michael & Lal, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Kieran Bros. Funeral Home, Hall Street, Kingscourt, (A82 R3W2) on Wednesday, 17th January, from 4pm to 8pm.

Removal on Thursday morning, 18th January, to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kingscourt arriving for 10am funeral Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Bridie (Brigid) Hickey (née Dalton)

Clonmore, Clones, Monaghan

Tuesday 16th January 2024. Peacefully in the excellent care of the staff of Drunbear Nursing Home, Monaghan,and surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her husband Raymond (Roy), son Raymond, sisters Eileen (Duffy) and Mary (Maguire).

Cherished and much loved mother of Kevin, Rosemarie, Ann,and Patricia. Bridie will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her, daughters, son, daughters-in-law Pauline and Annmarie, sons-in-law, Bernard, Dermot and Maurice, grandchildren, Conor, Ciara, Grace, Seamus, Anna-Rose, Rachel, Kate, Aisling and Maurice, sisters Roseleen (Don Phipps) and Kathleen (Dunwoody), nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, friends and by all who knew and loved Bridie.

Bridie will repose at the residence of her daughter Rosemarie and son-in-law Bernard, Cnoc An Tí, Scotshouse Rd, H23YD42 Wednesday evening (17th) from 5pm to 9pm, with removal on Thursday morning (18th) at approx 10.20am to arrive at the Sacred Heart Chapel, Clones, for 11am Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in Mount St Oliver's Cemetery, Clones.
