Kate Barnard

(née Madden)

Cappaghduff, Tourmakeady, Mayo / Loch Gowna, Cavan

Barnard, Kate, (née Madden), The Old Barracks, Cappaghduff, Tourmakeady, Co. Mayo (formerly Bolton, Manchester and Loch Gowna, Co. Cavan), Sat 10th Feb peacefully in the care of her devoted family. Pre-deceased by her dear husband Albert, her brothers John, Willie and James and her sisters Bridgie, Margaret and Rose and sadly missed by her loving family; Christine, Kevin, Margaret, Seamus and Paul, daughters-in-law Carmel and Patricia, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces and a large circle of good neighbours and close friends. R.I.P

Reposing at Lakeland Funeral Home, Cavan (H12RF78) on Tuesday 13th Feb from 5-7pm with removal to the Church Of The Holy Family, Loch Gowna to arrive for 7.30pm. Kate's requiem mass will be celebrated on Wednesday 14th Feb at 12pm with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Jerome (Patrick) O'Reilly

Corragary, Maudabawn, Canningstown, Cavan

Jerome (Patrick) O’Reilly, Corragary, Maudabawn, Cannigstown, Cootehill, Co.Cavan 10th of February 2024 peacefully at his home. Predeceased by his parents Roseleen & Patrick, his sisters & brothers. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, his sisters Vera & Eithne, nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.

May He Rest In Peace

Reposing at his home this Monday from 1pm to 6pm followed by removal to St. Patrick’s Church Maudabawn for 6.30 o’clock. Funeral mass on Tuesday morning at 11 o’clock. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Middle Chapel Cemetery.

Matthew Liam Brennan

57 Tredagh View, Drogheda, Louth / Monaghan Town, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Matthew Liam Brennan, 57 Tredagh View, Drogheda, Co Louth and Tirkeenan, Monaghan, Co. Monaghan (H18A072), tragically, as a result of a road accident, Friday 9th February 2024.

Predeceased by his grandfather Bill (Moore), grandparents Val and Lily (Brennan, Rathneety, Knockbridge, Co. Louth), his uncle Liam, and his cousin Darren (Brennan).

Cherished son of Ethena and Jim and adored brother of Eleanor. Matthew will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his parents, sister, grandmother Winnie (Moore), his partner Syndell (Smith), aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, many friends and by all who knew and loved Matthew.

May Matthew's Gentle Soul Rest In Peace

Matthew will repose at the residence of his grandmother Winnie (Moore), Tirkeenan, Monaghan, Co. Monaghan (H18A072), on Wednesday (14th) and Thursday (15th) from 2pm to 8pm, with removal on Friday morning at 10:30am to arrive at St. Macartan's Cathedral, Monaghan for 11am Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in Latlurcan Cemetery, Monaghan.

Noel McKenna

Carrachor, Scotstown, Monaghan, H18NH63

The death has occurred of Noel McKenna, Carrachor, Scotstown, Co. Monaghan (H18NH63) and formerly of Knocknalun, Scotstown, Co. Monaghan, Saturday 10th February, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Noel is predeceased by his father Jack Ned and his mother Teresa, his sister Sheila and his brothers Owen and Laurence.

Cherished and much loved husband of Bernadette and adored father of Jennifer (Aidan McCarra), Adrian (Barbara), and Kevin (Leontia). Noel will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife, daughter, sons, and their partners, grandson Jack, sisters Kathleen, Margaret and Nora, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours, extended family, and by all who knew and loved Noel.

Noel will be resting at the family home, Carrachor, Scotstown, Co. Monaghan (H18NH63) with removal on Tuesday morning 13th at 10am to arrive at St Mary's Chapel Urbleshanny, for 11am Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Family flowers only. House private to family, neighbours and close friends on Tuesday morning please.

Kathleen Stack

(née McKenna)

Toor, Duagh, Kerry / Carrickroe, Monaghan

Kathleen Stack (née McKenna), Toor, Duagh, Co. Kerry and late of Carrickroe, Co. Monaghan. Peacefully, on February 10th, 2024, at Galway Hospice. Beloved wife of the late Tony. Kathleen will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her son Stephen, daughters Julie, Deborah and Nora, grandchildren Lauren, Conor, Lexie and Ciaran, great-granddaughter Ffion, brother Patrick, sisters Anna, Liz, Eileen and Maggie, daughter-in-law Lisa, sons-in-law Paul, Tony and Carl, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

MAY HER GENTLE SOUL REST IN PEACE

Reposing at Lyons Funeral Home, Derry, Listowel, this Wednesday evening from 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm (walk through, with no handshaking). Funeral arriving to St. Brigid's Church, Duagh, on Thursday morning at 10.45 am, with the Requiem Mass for Kathleen being celebrated at 11.00 am, live-streamed on www.dioceseofkerry.ie/parish/duagh followed by burial afterwards in Springmount Cemetery, Duagh.
