Departed this life after a bravely fought short illness at Monaghan General Hospital. Devoted husband of Goldina and loving father of May and Noel, father in law to John and Michelle, cherished grandfather of Thomas Robert, James Matthew and Jacob David.

House and funeral strictly private by Robert's Request.

No Flowers please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to Civil Defence and Palliative Care c/o Thomas McBirney Funeral Director or any immediate family member.

The death has occurred of Pat Kavanagh, 5 Cuirt Uí Mheith, Emyvale, Co. Monaghan and formerly Raheny, Co. Dublin, Tuesday 20th February, suddenly, in the care of his loving family and the staff of Richmond ICU, Beaumont Hospital.

Pre-deceased by his loving partner Patricia McKenna, parents Ellie & Martin Kavanagh, brother Tom and sister Noeleen.

Pat will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his daughters Amy & Ellen and their mother Brenda, his brothers Joe (Gillian) and Michael (Patsy), nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

May Pat's gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Pat’s remains will repose at McMahon’s Funeral Home, Emyvale, H18 FK80 on Friday from 6pm - 9pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday morning at 11am at St.Patrick’s Church, Corracrin followed by private cremation at St.Lakeland’s Crematorium, Cavan.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to Cancer Research c/o Peter McMahon, McMahons Funeral Home, Emyvale or any family member.

The death has occurred of Margaret Mulligan (née Mc Govern), 18 Ard An Clochair, Clones,Co. Monaghan (H23 X524) and formerly of 66 O'Neill Park, Clones, Co. Monaghan, Thursday 22nd February 2024. Peacefully in Cavan General, Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her husband Oliver, daughters Margaret (Died in Infancy) and Ann-Marie and grandson Kevin.

Cherished and adored Mother of Bridget (Patrick Mulligan), Thomas (Catherine), Edward, Sheila (Darren Curran) and Teresa. Margaret will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her daughters, sons and their partners, much loved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, friends and by all who knew and loved Margaret.

Margaret will repose at her late residence 18 Ard An Chlochair, Clones, Co. Monaghan (H23 X524) on Friday 23rd from 2pm to 9pm with removal on Saturday morning at 10:40am to the Sacred Heart Chapel, Clones, for 11am Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in Mount St Oliver's Cemetery, Clones
