EZ Living Furniture opens new store in Cavan Town

A new EZ Living store will officially open in Cavan Town on Friday, April 5, in the retail unit formerly occupied by Argos. The opening of the furniture store in the county town has delivered 10 permanent new jobs locally.
Neasa Broderick is the retail operations manager. She told The Anglo-Celt that, in celebration of this week’s grand opening, customers can expect great discounts across all lines of furniture including bedroom, sofas, mattresses, dining and home decor.
“We will have an outdoor radio broadcast throughout the day with some great spot prizes to be won,” she added before highlighting how the company’s interior designer will also be in store offering expert styling knowledge to help customers transform their space into a home they love.
EZ Living Furniture was first established in Galway in 1998. Twenty-five years later, the 20th store on the island is opening in Cavan Town. The brand prides itself on quality furniture and excellent customer service.
“EZ Living Furniture’s ongoing commitment to recruit only the best visual merchandisers and designers has allowed us to stay ahead of the curve with regard to home décor,” said Ms Broderick.
“Our showroom has a large selection of home furnishings to choose from including suites, dining, mattresses and bedroom furniture, along with a wide variety of home accessories where the perfect finishing touches can transform your house into a home.
“We buy our furniture directly from the manufacturer which eliminates the need for wholesalers. This allows us to pass more savings on to our customers. Buying directly from the manufacturer provides us and our customers with significant advantages over our competitors,” she explained.
The operations manager says the company was eager to expand in Cavan. “We didn’t want to rush into something that wasn’t right for us or for the community,” she added.
“Time was spent looking for the perfect location and we believe we have found just that in this unit in the Cavan Retail Park. Occupying this unit, we are excited to introduce a new business to the area and contribute to the provision of 10 permanent job opportunities for the community.”
