Garda patrols increase after reports of Rossmore Park incidents

Monaghan Gardai has increased foot and mobile patrols at Rossmore Park after reports of a man "acting suspiciously".

Gardai say they are actively investigating reports from the public over the past number of weeks.

The popular park amenity is on the outskirts of Monaghan Town.

"We are appealing to the local community and visitors to the park to remain vigilant and to immediately report any suspicious activity or issues of concern," they write on social media.
