Cloudy and damp day ahead

Heavy showers possible and the chance of an isolated thunderstorm.

It's a cloudy and damp to start this Easter Monday morning with outbreaks of rain gradually clearing to the northeast.

Sunny spells and scattered showers will move in from the west during the day, with a few heavy showers possible and the chance of an isolated thunderstorm.

Highest temperatures of 11 to 13 degrees with moderate to fresh westerly winds.

Showers will become isolated tonight, with clear breaks developing.

Later in the night, cloud will increase over western parts of Ulster. Chilly with lowest temperatures of 1 to 4 degrees in just light southerly breezes.

Tomorrow, there will be some hazy sunshine in eastern parts to begin, with mostly cloudy conditions further west.

It'll become mostly cloudy everywhere by the afternoon with outbreaks of rain in the west gradually spreading eastwards.

Some heavy downpours are possible. It'll become breezy in the afternoon too, with moderate to fresh southeast winds developing, increasing strong at times near the coast.
