Bank on new comedy being a hit
Maudabawn's Gallonray House is set to stage a brand new, original comedy, written by Aoife Shalvey.
The drama, 'Bank Holiday' follows four disillusioned bank employees, who, in desperation for a break from work, hatch a plan to take matters into their own hands – what could possibly go wrong?
The comedy features a whole new group of talented actors taking on the rehearsal process – hailing from Maudabawn, Cootehill, Kill, Bunnoe and beyond and they are hard at work to bring this energetic play to life! The cast include Denise Fitzpatrick, Geraldine Shalvey, Martina Carney, Aoife Shalvey, Hannah McCann, Liam Fox, Patrick McCabe, Paul McGorry and Angela Flanagan.
With fast paced dialogue and plenty of action, Shalvey's show promises to be a great night out for all!
The show takes place on Thursday and Friday, May 1-2 in Gallonray House, Maudabawn. Doors at 7.30pm, show at 8pm. Tickets €15, available in The Creamery Shop Maudabawn, on Eventbrite or off any cast member. Proceeds to SOSAD Cavan. Tickets selling fast, book now to avoid disappointment.
