Eileen Culligan (née Smith), Stoney Road, Oldcastle, Co. Meath and formerly Drummuck, Stradone, Co. Cavan, 12th May 2025. Peacefully at Beaumont Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her parents Margaret and John, her sister Anna May and brother Benny.
Sadly, missed by her heartbroken husband John and her son Jonathan and daughter-in-law Eileen, her adored grandchildren Sean Óg, Cuán and Aoileann, sisters Madge, Bridie and Kathleen, brothers, John, Andy and Phil, sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, special neighbours and close friends.

Eileen will be reposing in Gibneys Funeral Home, Oldcastle, (A82 D376) on Saturday evening from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday morning at 11:30am in St. Brigids Church, Oldcastle, followed by burial in local cemetery.

Debbie Kelly, 2 Tower Hamlet, Farnham St, Cavan. Wednesday May 14th, suddenly to the inexplicable grief of her daughter Lena, husband Vidmantas, parents Gerry and Lena, sisters Ann, Kitty, Geraldine, Linda and Amy, granny Nancy, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and many friends.
Pre-deceased by her brother Gerard.
Reposing at her parents home in 2 Tower Hamlet, on Thursday with removal at 7.30pm to the Cathedral of SS Patrick and Felim, Cavan to arrive at 8.00pm. Removal from the Cathedral on Friday morning at 10.45am, to St Mary's Church Granard for 12.00 noon Requiem Mass, interment afterwards in Granardkill Cemetery

Francis McCarron, Aughadreena, Redhills, Co. Cavan, 13th May 2025, in his 94th year, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the staff of The Mater Private Hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by his father Frank and mother Katie, brothers John, Packie, TJ, twin brother Philip, nieces Sinéad and Kay. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife of 63 years, Rita, sons Noel (Jacqui), Kevin (Kathleen), daughters Louise (Martin), Olive (Olivier) and Yvonne (Anne), sisters Eithne O’Reilly (Thomastown) and Kathleen Dunne (Perth), brother Brian (Mullalougher) and his beloved grandchildren, Paul, Rachael, Gabriel and Keira, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May he Rest in Peace and live long in our memories.
Reposing at his home in Aughadreena, Redhills, (H14 Y132) on Thursday from 4pm to 8pm and again on Friday from 4pm to 8pm. Removal from his home to arrive at St Brigid's Church, Killoughter, Redhills (H14 V104) for Requiem Mass on Saturday at 1pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of Carol Richards (née Maguire) Currin, Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan and Perth, Australia on April 27th 2025.
Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Brigid, brothers Tom and Dessie. Sadly missed by her heartbroken husband Raymond, sons Mark and Neil, adored grandchildren and greatgrandchild, brother Conor, daughters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
Requiem Mass will be held in St. Patricks Church, Kilnavart on Monday 19th May 2025 at 8pm

Eamon passed away suddenly. Late of Bryanlitter, Eircode H18 HD98. Loving husband of Christine. Devoted father of Janette, Lisa (Smith), Niall, Mark and Darren. Grandfather of Finn, Darragh, Shay, Hunter, Cooper, Holly, Lucy, Layla, Alessa, Ciara, Kailyn and Chloe. Brother of John and Mary (Winters).
Eamon will be reposing at his home from 8pm Wednesday evening, until removal on Friday at 10.15am to St Mary’s Church, Clontibret for 11 o’clock requiem mass. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Deeply regretted by his loving wife, daughters, sons, daughters-in-law Alexis and Tina, son-in-law Paul, grandchildren, brother, sister, brothers-in-law Kevin, Seamus, Damien and Seamus, sisters-in-law Rosie, Mollie, Margaret, Sadie, Pauline and Emma, nieces and nephews and the entire Rooney and Finnegan family circle.
