Pat Carolan, Srahan, Tierworker, Bailieborough, Co Cavan died on the 1st June 2025 peacefully at John & Margaret Rogers residence.
Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Annie, brothers Vincent and Edmund and sisters Gretta and Ann.
Deeply regretted by his sister Mary Brady (Lisnabuntry, Virginia), brother Matthias (New York), nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Clarke's Funeral Home, Bailieborough on Tuesday 3rd June from 6pm - 8pm. Removal on Wednesday to arrive at St. Patrick's Church, Tierworker for Funeral Mass at 11am with cremation afterwards in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.
Patrick (Paddy) Maguire
Ashbrooke, Moynehall, Cavan and formerly Mullahoran and Drumlark, Cavan
Patrick (Paddy) Maguire, Ashbrooke, Moynehall, Cavan and formerly Mullahoran and Drumlark, passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Monaghan General Hospital, in the excellent care of the staff in Willowbridge Ward.
Paddy will be very sadly missed by his loving wife and best friend Orla, his children Patrick (Sharon), Maria and Oisín, his adored grandchildren Siobhan and Aaron (Chandler) and great grandchildren Braxton, Liam and Cillian, his brothers, sisters, father in law, mother in law, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, cousins, all his extended family, good neighbours and many friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at the Mc Mahon Funeral Home, Farnham Rd, Cavan (H12C821) on Tuesday evening from 5pm until 7pm. Paddy's Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday at 11 o'clock in the Cathedral of S.s Patrick and Felim, Cavan. Burial will take place afterwards in St. Aidan's Cemetery, Butlersbridge. St. Mary’s Road, Kingscourt, Cavan
The death has occurred of Paddy McGahan, St. Mary’s Road, Kingscourt, and formerly of Reaghstown, Ardee, County Louth, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital on 1st June 2025, in his 95th year.
Predeceased by his parents, Margaret and Jack, and by his brothers and sisters.
Deeply regretted by his loving wife Marie, his son Thomas, daughter Lynda, daughter-in-law AnnMarie and his grandchildren: Enda (Ciara), Rose, Graham, Cormac, and Chloe. Sadly missed by his great-grandson Páidí, his sister Nancy Cooney (UK), nieces, nephews, neighbours, relatives, and friends.

Reposing at Kieran Brothers Funeral Home, Eircode A82 R3W2, on Thursday, 5th June from 4pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Friday, 6th June at 10am in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kingscourt, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

David Slater, Lisgrey, Virginia, Co. Cavan and formerly England, peacefully in his 100th year at Esker Lodge Nursing Home Cavan on Saturday 31st May 2025.
Predeceased by his wife Florence and his son Nigel.
Sadly missed by his daughters Pauline and Suzanne, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.
Funeral service in Virginia Church of Ireland on Tuesday 3rd June 2025 at 1 o'clock.
Burial afterwards in the adjoining Churchyard.

Formerly of Ballinagh, Cavan
Died 31st of May 2025 peacefully at home with her loving family by her side.
Predeceased by her daughter Chrystal.
Maggie will be sadly missed by her loving husband Christy, sons Christopher, Kevin, Jason, Anthony and Wayne, daughters Aishling and Vanessa, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and a wide circle of friends.

Maggie will repose at her home on Monday 2nd June from 3pm to 7pm. Removal from her home on Tuesday morning arriving at St Mary's Church, Granard for Funeral Mass at 12 noon followed by Christian burial in Granardkill Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Mike (Michael) Derrick. Weston-Super-Mare, Bristol, England & formerly Foxfield, Carrickmacross. 1st June 2025. Peacefully, in his sleep, in England.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Bee and his parents Ted and Mildred.
Sadly missed and remembered with love by his cherished family, his daughter Emma (Vinny, UK) and his son Paul (Evanna, Creevy, Carrickmacross), his much-loved grandchildren; Sam, Adam, Ciarán, Asha, Elise, Euan & Luisa and his great-grandson Tommy, his sister Trish, and his extended family and friends both in England and Ireland.

Anne (Nancy) Grogan
Formally resided Sheldon, Birmingham, UK
Nancy spent many years back and forth to Inniskeen, Co. Monaghan to her daughter Annmarie and family where she decided to take one last visit only 4weeks ago and will now return back to her Irish roots and be buried in Ireland.
Nancy peacefully passed away on 'Ascension Thursday' 29th May in Daisy Hill hospital, Newry surrounded by utmost love and care of her devoted family.
Pre-deceased by her much loved Husband Matt and recently her sister Jospephine and brother Larry.
Nancy (Anne/ Annie/ Aine) as she is well known by many along with the following names; Mum, Auntie Nancy, Nanny, Nanny-nance, will be forever loved and always remembered by her Son & Daughters, Seamus, Carmel, Joanne and Annmarie. Sons in law, Tony, Keith and Edmund. Nieces; Susan, Caroline & Olivia. Grand-Children; Ciara (Conlon) Niall, Conall, Tadgh, Fionn. Luke, Philippa, Chris, Alex, Maddie, Lynsey & Matthew. Great Grandchildren; Caitlyn, Hannah-Mae, Tiernan, Charlotte & Sophie.
Together with her wide circle of extended friends & family we will all miss her beautiful smile, fond presence & wise words of wisdom.
