Let 13-piece band 'The Seeger Sessions Revival' entertain you live next Friday (June 13) at The Hotel Kilmore.

The group is dedicated to capturing and delivering the spirit, energy and musical excellence of Bruce Springsteen’s Seeger Sessions album and live performances.

The album paid homage to the legendary Pete Seeger and his profound influence on American folk music, and now The Seeger Sessions Revival are bringing their rendition right onto the doorsteps of those in Cavan.

The group bring together a collective of exceptionally talented musicians. The multi-instrumental band delivers an electrifying two-hour celebration of traditional folk songs championed by Seeger himself.

Between the fiddle, banjo, accordion, steel guitar, whistle, a driving rhythm section, a commanding four-piece brass section, and soaring vocal harmonies, The Seeger Sessions Revival delivers an energetic and authentic sound that captivates audiences, sure to have you chanting “encore!” by the end of the performance.

The night will be a big one for both band and audience, with some members playing close to home. The musicians hail from all over Ireland and the world, namely Cavan, Leitrim, Tyrone, Derry, Donegal, Australia, and the US.
