It's with great sadness that we announce the passing of Doreen Roberta Clarke (née Stafford), Cornacrea, Kilmore, Cavan, Sunday June 22nd 2025, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her adored parents Robbie and Ida and her darling sister Iris.

Doreen was a loving and devoted wife of 56 years to her husband Willie and amazing mother to Robert, Stephen (Frances), Charmaine (Shane), Adrian (Sharon), Jenny (Robert) and Erwin. Doreen will be very sadly missed and always loved by her husband, children, her grandchildren who were the light of her life, Nathan, Christopher, Katie, Anna, Andrew, Emma, Tom, Benjamin, Helena, Ida, Mathew, Henry, Grace, Emily and Aaron, her loving sister Ruth, brothers in law, sisters in law, cousins Barbara, Billy and Trevor, nieces, nephews, all her extended family, all those who cared for Doreen and her many good friends.

they walk beside us every day".

Lavey, Cavan Town, Cavan / Dundalk, Louth

Patricia (Patsy) O’Brien, née Mahon, Lavey, Cavan and formerly of Ravensdale, Dundalk and Eastham House, Bettystown. 22nd June 2025. Peacefully in Silverstream Nursing Home, Duleek surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her beloved husband Fintan, grandson Kieran and sister Teresa. Loving mam to Ignatius, David, Geraldine, Fintan, Fiona and Patricia. Patsy will be sadly missed by her sons, daughters, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers Paddy, Willie and Gerard, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May Patsy rest in Peace.

Reposing at Townley’s Funeral Home, Crosslanes, Drogheda, (A92 XN75) on Tuesday evening from 5pm until 7pm.

Funeral Mass is on Wednesday at 12 noon in St Mary’s Church, Boherquill Co. Westmeath (N91 YY07).

Burial afterwards in the adjacent St. Fintan’s Cemetery.

Please be aware that there will be significant Parking restrictions and limited parking available around the Funeral Home on Tuesday. Please have consideration for residents in nearby houses. Excess parking is available in O‘Raghallaighs Gaelic Football Club with safe and direct pedestrian access to the Funeral Home. Accessible parking will be available at the Funeral Home.
