Usher’s host sale of Glendalough House antiques

A fabulous collection of antiques and collectibles from Glendalough House will go under the hammer at Usher's Auction Room next week.

In addition to the clearance sale from the County Wicklow estate, the sale includes contents from several Meath country residences and comprises a varied collection of over 1,200 lots.

A great selection of garden furniture, planters and sculpture, Irish interest books including Wendy Walsh, Waterford glassware, original enamel advertising signs and mirrors, Irish silver, high-quality carpets and rugs, notable Irish artwork including Marie Carroll, Sarah Corner, Alexander Williams, etc, Georgian and Victorian furniture, original Star Wars, Smurf and Action Man figures, a collection of wines, a governess donkey cart, dinner and tea sets, canteens of cutlery, mirrors, lamps, along with many more interesting antique and collectible items.

The timed sale ends Monday, July 7 from 6pm.

Viewing dates and times are Monday, June 30 from 10am-5pm; Tuesday, July 1 from 10am-5pm; Thursday and Friday, July 3-4 from 10am to 5pm; Saturday, July 5 from 12-5pm; Sunday, July 6 from 2-6pm; and Monday, July 7 from 10am-4pm.
