Family's concern for missing woman grows
The family of Cavan woman not seen since the start of this month have issued an emotional plea for help as concern grows for her welfare.
Nicole Mulready, originally from Limerick but living in Bailieborough for the past four years, has not been seen or heard from since Tuesday, July 1. Her family describes the silence as “seriously out of character,” noting that she would normally speak with her mother every few days.
A Missing Person’s report was officially filed at Rocksboro Garda Station in Limerick last Sunday.
Personnel from Cavan are now assisting their colleagues in the South West of the country in relation to enquiries.
A reported sighting of Nicole in Dublin shortly after her last known sighting in Cavan yielded no results.
Speaking to The Anglo-Celt, a family member expressed deep worry:
“We’ve not heard from her in over two weeks, and that’s just not like Nicole. She always kept in touch with her mother—she wouldn't go more than a couple of days without contact.”
They remain hopeful that public support can help bring her home safely.
The family is urging anyone who may have seen Nicole or has information on her whereabouts to come forward and contact them or Rockboro Garda Station or local gardaí immediately.
