Daniel Fitzpatrick, Dernaglush, Belturbet, Co. Cavan & Brookvale House, Milltown, Co. Monaghan, 30th July 2025, peacefully in the loving care of the staff and surrounded by his loving family in Lisdarn Hospital. Predeceased by his Dad, John.
Sadly missed by his devoted Mam Eileen, uncle Noel, cousins, extended family, neighbours and carers.

Reposing at Lawlor's Funeral Home, Ernehill, Belturbet (H14 R583) on Thursday (31st July) from 6pm to 7.30pm. Removal on Friday morning (1st August) to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Belturbet for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial at St. Mary's Church, Staghall.

Sean Gallagher, 1 Railway Road, Killeshandra, Co. Cavan, 29th July 2025, peacefully in the loving care of the nurses and staff of Oakview Private Nursing Home, Belturbet, Co. Cavan. Surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his wife Marie, parents Patrick and Margaret, brother Eamon and sister Madge.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving daughters Patricia (Paul Madden), Carmel (Roland Smith), sister Mary, brothers Pat, Tony and Noel, grandchildren Louise, Laura, Eoin, Katie and Jack, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Sean will be reposing on Wednesday evening 30th July in Lawlor’s Funeral Home, Belturbet, (H14 R583) from 6pm to 8pm followed by prayers. Funeral mass on Thursday morning 31st July at 11am in St. Brigid’s Church, Killeshandra with burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Hillside drive, Mullingar, Westmeath / Arva, Cavan
The death has occurred of Teresa Maguire, Hillside Drive, Mullingar and late of Cordownan, Arva, Co Cavan. Tuesday 29th July, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar, surrounded by her loving family.
Sadly missed by her loving sisters Helen Clarke and Ann McDonald, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Gilsenan’s Funeral Home, College Street, Mullingar, (N91 K660) on Thursday July 31st from 3 pm with prayers at 5 pm.
Requiem Mass on Saturday at 12.00 noon in the Church of the Immaculate Conception Coronea, Arva, Co Cavan, followed by cremation at Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan.

Clerkin Funeral Directors regret to announce that the unexpected death has occurred of Michael Elliott, Lisnagreeve, Annyalla and formerly Corcaghan, Co. Monaghan, at his home, Tuesday 30th July. Predeceased by his parents Eugene & Elizabeth, his brother Gerard and nephew Gordon.
Michael will be deeply mourned by his siblings Bernadette (Gerry Coyle), Tom (Sharon), Paudge (Monica), Tina (Bernard Mc Evoy), Teresa (Noel Mc Elvaney), Brian (Liz), Majella (Hugh Mc Elvaney), Shay (Bernie Heffernan) and Annmarie (Declan Mc Quaid), his nieces, nephews, wider family members, neighbours and all who knew and loved him.

Bray, Wicklow / Carrickmacross, Monaghan
Sylvester Thomas Holland of Bray, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Carrickmacross, Co Monaghan. Died peacefully on Tuesday 29th of July 2025, surrounded by his loving wife and family in the loving and Gentle care of the Most amazing and compassionate staff at Cairnhill Nursing Home, Bray. Sylvester will be deeply missed by his loving wife Anne, his Children Anne-Marie (Byrne) Eileen (Gallagher) Denise (Dunne) and Brian. His Grandchildren Claire, Garreth, Maebh, Emily, Conall, Anna, Niall, Orlaith and Klara. His sons-in-law Stephen, Pádraig and Michael, his sisters Mary and Margaret, Sisters-in-law, Brothers-in-law, Nieces, Nephews, extended family and friends.
Reposing at The Church of The Most Holy Redeemer Side Chapel, Main Street, Bray on Thursday 31st of July from 5pm to 7pm with prayers at 6.30pm. Requiem Mass on Friday 1st August at 11am with Burial afterward in Springfield Cemetery, Killarney Road, Bray. Family Flowers only. House Private.

The death has occurred of Patrick McGee. Ealing, London, England and formerly Cavanageeragh, Carrickmacross. 1st July 2025, peacefully in England.
Predeceased by his wife Rose, his parents James & Mary and his sisters Kathleen, Anne, Maureen and Elizabeth.
Sadly missed and remembered by his family in England; children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, his sister Teresa, his nephews, nieces, and friends.

Patrick will repose at Lonergan Funeral Directors Funeral Home, Carrickmacross, A81 D328, on Friday, 1st August, from 5pm until 7pm.
Patrick's funeral cortège will leave the Funeral Home on Saturday, 2nd August, driving to St. Joseph's Church, Carrickmacross, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
