Gardaí recover items stolen from farmyard

Gardaí have confirmed the recovery of several items that were stolen from a farmyard in Leitirim earlier this month.

The theft occurred during the early hours of July 15 in the Ballinamore arear.

Among the stolen items was a 2016 white Renault Master van, a motorbike, and a quad trailer transporting a ride-on powerfloat used in concrete work.

Additional equipment taken included a concrete drill, chainsaw, manual powerfloat, cement mixer, and a power washer.

Gardaí have since recovered a number of these items, though investigations remain ongoing.

In a separate incident, Gardaí in Blacklion continue to seek four individuals connected to a burglary at Dowra Mart, which occurred around 6:20pm on Wednesday, July 16.

The suspects were seen in a blue Honda Civic hatchback, partially registered as 06 DL. Gardaí suspect the registration number may be cloned and are appealing to the public for any information that could assist with their enquiries.
