Maureen Slough, 20 Millstream, Mullagh, Co Cavan sadly passed away on the 10th July 2025.
Deeply missed by her daughter Megan and Maureen's partner Mick, grandchildren Ollie and Willow, son-in-law James, brothers, sisters, relatives and wide circle of friends.
May She Rest In Peace
Funeral Mass on Saturday 16th August in St. Killian's Church, Mullagh (A82 X054), Co Cavan at 11am.

Francis (Franco) Caraher
Knocknamaddy, Ballybay, Monaghan
The death has occurred of Francis (Franco Caraher) Knocknamaddy, Ballybay, Co Monaghan, Friday 8th August 2025 peacefully in our lady of Lourdes hospital, Drogheda, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Maggie, his parents Frank & Kate Caraher, his Brothers, Sean and Pat, Sisters Monica and Rita, his Daughter in law Sharon Caraher, his Son in law Ross Mealiff.
Adored father of Mary (Brendan Walsh), Damien, Cathriona (Kate), Rosie (Gavan McEneaney), Franco will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his daughters, Son and their families. His much loved Grandchildren, Emma, Ciara, James, Daniel, Shane, Hannah, Gemma, Conor, Tommy and Ben. His Sister Maura McAtavie, his sisters in law and brothers in law, his nieces, nephews and extended family and friends who knew and loved Franco.
May his Gentle soul rest in eternal peace
Franco will repose at the family home at Knocknamaddy Ballybay on Saturday 9th August from 5pm until 9pm and again on Sunday from 4pm until 8pm. Shuttle bus will run to the home from Ballybay Pearse Brothers, eircode A75 DP04 - house private at all other times please.
Franco’s funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday morning at 11am in Saint Patrick’s Church Ballybay, internment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations to Ballybay Cancer society.
