Anne O’Reilly, Mark Johnston, Barry Carmichael and Paddy Fitzhenry make up Indigo’s Ego.

The Ego is landing at Townhall Cavan

Rising local stars Indigo’s Ego are sure to make a splash at Townhall Arts Centre Cavan on Saturday, September 6, when they officially launch their debut album, ‘Dark Waters’.

A collection of well-known musicians from the Cavan music scene, Anne O’Reilly, Mark Johnston, Barry Carmichael and Paddy Fitzhenry; the four piece alternative/indie band hope to see you on a night to remember as they take you on a musical voyage through their last 12 months.

Inspired by beauty in the mundane, the album of original music is the realisation of a longstanding collective ambition, with the foursome proudly wearing their 90s alternative rock influences on their sleeves, but bringing an infection energy and immediacy that is firmly rooted in the present.

After a barnstorming performance earlier this summer in the Big Top at Cavan Arts Festival, Indigo’s Ego will have whetted the appetites of gig-goers for what promises to be a big night at Townhall Cavan.

Tickets for this special performance by Indigo’s Ego at Townhall Arts Centre Cavan are available from townhallartscentre.com or from the theatre box office in person or by phone on 049-4380494, Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 4pm.
