Oasis concerts transport: Irish Rail announces extra train services
As excitement builds ahead of Oasis' two concerts in Croke Park, Irish Rail has announced several extra services this weekend.
For those travelling across the country and unable to get accommodation for the weekend, there are several late trains leaving Heuston.
There are also additional trains to both Heuston and Connolly stations on the morning of both concerts, going from Cork, Galway and Belfast.
Some services are already booked out, with passengers advised to book online as early as possible.
Barry Kenny, spokesperson for Irish Rail, said people should be able to see the end of the concert and get home.
"We have added 8am train from Cork to Heuston on Saturday morning, and 7.45am on Sunday morning. We have also added trains from Waterford as well.
"The late night services back as well back afterwards, so there are some options there. Half past midnight from Heuston to Galway, and 12.40am from Heuston to Cork."
