Sheila Finegan
(née O'Reilly)
Milltown house, Milltown, Kells, Meath / Mullagh, Cavan
Finegan, Sheila, (née O'Reilly), Milltown House, Milltown, Cortown, Kells and formerly of Mullaghland, Mullagh, Co Cavan, who passed away on August 18, 2025, peacefully at home. Sadly missed by her adoring husband Noel, daughers June (Staunton) and Jill, son-in-law Joe, cherished grandchildren Hugh, Rory, Jack, Harry and Theo, sister Agnes, brother Terence, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Rest in Peace.
Reposing at her daughter June's home in Fordstown (C15 FH98) on Wednesday afternoon from 4 o'clock to 8 o'clock. Removal on Thursday morning at 10.30 arriving at Church of Christ the King, Cortown for funeral mass at 11 o'clock. Burial afterwards in Cortown Cemetery.
Family flowers only. Milltown House strictly private please. June's house private on Thursday morning.

Oliver Galligan
Kilnavara, Cavan Town, Cavan
The death has occurred of Oliver Galligan Kilnavara , Cavan, Monday 18th of August, 2025, surrounded by his loving family and in the exceptional care of the staff of Cavan General Hospital.
Predeceased by his parents John & Jane.
Oliver will be very sadly missed by his loving wife and best friend Frances, sons John (Breda) Oliver (Emma) and daughter Elaine (Peter). His adoring grandchildren Caoimhe, Max, Charlie Bob, Ella Jane, Darragh, Patrick, Tom & Isabelle, his brother Sean and sister Kathleen. Also by his sisters in law Áine, Carina, Irene & Mary, nephews, nieces, all his relatives and many, many friends who have had the pleasure of knowing him.

Reposing at the Mc Mahon Funeral Home, Farnham Rd, Cavan (H12C821) on Wednesday evening the 20th of August from 4pm until 7pm. Removal from his home in Kilnavara on Thursday afternoon to arrive for Funeral Mass in the Cathedral of Saints Patrick and Felim, Cavan for 1 o’clock. Following Mass, the cortége will travel to St Brigid’s Cemetery, Killygarry for committal prayers and burial.
Family flowers only please, donations would be appreciated by the family to CCU/Medical 1 Cavan General Hospital, any family member or donation box in the Funeral Home.

Patrick (Pat) Conlon
The Rock, Trim, Meath / Clones, Monaghan
Patrick (Pat) Conlon, Brownstown House, The Rock, Trim, Co. Meath and formerly Clones, Co. Monaghan, 17th August 2025, peacefully at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown. Predeceased by his parents Owen and Kathleen, brother James, sisters Mary and Elizabeth, and Peter’s mother Maureen Fay. Sadly missed by his son Peter, grandchildren Taylor and Arianna, brothers Peter, Tom, Owen and John, sisters in law Bridie and Mary, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Heffernans Funeral Home, High Street, Trim, C15 HDT1 on Wednesday from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 11am in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Dangan , Summerhill, Co. Meath. Burial afterwards in Drummully Graveyard, Drumgramph Road, Newtownbutler, Co. Fermanagh, BT92 8GX (arriving at 2pm approx).
Margaret KEANEY
(née Brennan)
Corrigeenroe, Boyle, Roscommon, F52 DP98 / Carrickmacross, Monaghan
The death has occurred of Margaret Keaney (née Brennan) Corrigeenroe, Boyle, Co. Roscommon and formerly Raferagh, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, August 18th 2025, peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
Pre-deceased by her parents Patrick and Catherine Brennan and her sisters Mary and Kathleen and brother Packie.
Margaret will be sadly missed by her husband Michael, daughters Marese, Paula, Patricia, sons J.J. and Kieran, son-in-law Tony, grandchildren Ciara, Seán, Jude, Joshua and Mateo, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

Reposing at her home, (F52 DP98) on Tuesday August 19th from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Removal on Wednesday morning to St. Teresa’s Church, Corrigeenroe (F52 FX47) to arrive for celebration of Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in Ballindoon Cemetery.
