Theresa Connolly (nee Kelly), 12 Farnham St, Cavan, Tuesday September 16th 2025 , peacefully in the loving care of her family and the staff at St. Joseph’s unit , Lisdarn.
Pre-deceased by her beloved husband Michael, brothers Jim, Vincent and Brendan and her sisters Mary, Eileen and Pauline.
Theresa will be sadly missed by her children Paul (Ann Marie), John (Caroline), Anne (John) and Claire, her brothers Fr.Martin and Fr.Oliver and sister Bernadette, also by her ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren, all her extended family and her many friends.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at the Mc Mahon Funeral Home, Farnham Rd, Cavan (H12C821) on Wednesday evening from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 12 noon in the Cathedral of S.s Patrick and Felim, Cavan followed by burial in St.Brigid’s Cemetery, Killygarry. Baby Rose Leonard, passed away peacefully, in the arms of her loving parents.
Rose will be forever remembered and missed by her heartbroken parents Jimmy and Laura, sister Lily, grandparents Mary and Jim Leonard and Mary and John Bambrick, Uncle Gary (Laura), Aunts Catriona (John), Fiona (Graham), Miriam (Karl), Caitríona (Niall), Miriam and Thérèse, cousins, relatives and friends.
A private Mass of the Angels will take place. House and Mass is strictly private.
The family would like to thank Cavan General Hospital and Crumlin Children’s Hospital for the loving care they received.

The death has occurred of James Ledwich, Corratinure, Killinkere, Virginia, Co. Cavan, unexpectedly at Cavan General Hospital, on the 15th of September 2025.
Predeceased by his parents James and Susan, his sisters Bridget and Kathleen and his brothers John and Owen.
Much loved husband of Anna and cherished father of Siobhan (Dirk) and Martin (Caroline). Adored and much loved Grandad of Kevin and Sheena. James will be sadly missed by his loving wife, son and daughter, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Matthews Funeral Home, Bailieborough Road, Virginia (A82 YV58) on Tuesday evening from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock, with removal afterwards to St. Ultan’s Church, Killinkere, arriving for 7.30 p.m.
Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 12 noon in St. Ultan’s Church, with burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Sharon O’Grady, Munelta, Stradone, Co. Cavan, formerly of Clondalkin, Co. Dublin, Monday September 15th peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of Cavan General Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
Sharon will be sadly missed by her son Ryan, brother James, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives, and many friends.

Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan H12 RF78 on Wednesday September 17th from 6.00pm until 8.00pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday morning in St Brigid’s Church, Killygarry at 11.00am. Cremation afterwards in Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan.

Margaret Duffy née McQuillan, Beech Drive, Drumillard, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan. Sunday 14th September 2025 surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her parents, Anna and Paddy McQuillan, husband Frankie, daughters Fiona and Stacie, her eldest grandson Dane Farrell and her life partner Owen Mooney.
Deeply regretted and remembered with love by her devoted family, son Gerard, daughters, Angela, Majella and Patricia, daughter-in-law Joan, sisters, Eileen, Betty and Patricia, brother Francis, 14 cherished grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Margaret will repose at her home on Tuesday from 2pm until 9pm.

Removal on Wednesday morning at 11:30 am arriving for funeral mass at 12 noon in St. Mary’s Church, Castleblayney, with burial afterward in the adjoining cemetery.
