Brigid Boylan (née Lynch) Tonylion, Kilnaleck, Co. Cavan, Tuesday, September 16th, 2025 (peacefully) surrounded by her loving family. Pre deceased by her husband Charlie, parents Mary and John Lynch and sister Mary. Sadly missed by her loving family: daughter Mary (Pat), sons Brian (Bernie), Kevin and Cathal (Olive), brother Eugene (Peggy), sister Anne (Bob), grandchildren; Emily, Kate, Charlie, Paul, Niamh, Cillian, Kate, Brion and Eve, brother in law Jimmy O'Reilly, cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Briody's Funeral Home, Kilnaleck (A82 DX59) on Thursday evening (18th) from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass in St. Patrick's Church, Kilnaleck on Friday (19th) at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Mary's Cemetery, Crosserlough. Family homes private please.
Helen Crosby
Bettystown, Meath / Cavan Town, Cavan
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Helen Crosby, Bettystown and formerly Cavan Town who passed away on Friday 12th September, 2025 in the exceptional care of the staff of Beaumont Hospital, Dublin.
She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sisters Jean (Conlon), Pam (Crosby), Pat (Coyle) (predeceased), brother Michael, brothers-in-law Dermot and Michael, sister-in-law Karen, nieces Pam, Lorraine, Evonne, Sheelin, Laura, nephews Michael and Jason.
Requiem Mass at 11am on Saturday morning in The Church of The Sacred Heart, Laytown and thereafter to Reilig Mhuire, Piltown. Parking is limited at the Church but available at the Parochial Centre.
Elizabeth McGinley

Mill Hill House, Belturbet, Cavan / Dunkineely, Donegal
Elizabeth (Lily) McGinley née Meehan, Mill Hill House, Belturbet, Co. Cavan and formerly Brenter, Dunkineely, Co. Donegal. Peacefully at Lisdarn Unit, Cavan 17th September in her 95th year. Predeceased by her Husband Michael, Son Shane, Daughter Nuala, Sister Margaret, Brother Patrick.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving family, Sons Tadgh and Michael, Daughters Maura and Niamh (Sexton), Brothers Charlie and Pete, Grandchildren Shauna, Finola, John Teague, Daniel, Conal, Cassie and Rory, Sons-in-Law, Daughter-in-Law, Nephews, Nieces, Relatives and Friends.

Lily will be reposing at Lawlor Funeral Home, Ernehill Belturbet, (H14 R583) this Thursday from 6pm until evening prayers at 8pm. Remains will arrive at the Church of Immaculate Conception, Belturbet for 12 noon funeral mass on Friday morning with burial afterwards in Annagh cemetery.

Paddy Sullivan
Mount Alexander, Gorey, Wexford / Latton, Monaghan
And late of Latton, Co. Monaghan.
Paddy died peacefully at St. Vincent's Hospital Dublin after a short illness surrounded by his family.
Pre-deceased by his parents James and Mary-Ann and brothers and sisters. Beloved husband of Bridie and brother of Eamon, Ownie, Rose and Lizzie. Will be very sadly missed by his wife, brothers, sisters, brother-in-law Tony, sister-in-law Ann, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Murphy's Funeral Home, The Avenue, Gorey (Y25 K122) on Thursday 18th September from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Removal from Murphy's Funeral Home on Friday 19th September at 10.15 a.m. to The Church of the Sacred Heart Ballyoughter for Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. followed by Internment in the adjoining Cemetery.
