Australia, and late of Drumagoland, Virginia, Co.Cavan.
The death has occurred of Anna Pauline Mary Alderton (née Lynch), late of Drumagoland, Virginia, Co. Cavan, in Australia on the 15th August 2025.
Predeceased by her parents Mary Ann and Thomas, her sisters Kathleen (Kitty) and Marie, and her brother Cathal.
Sadly missed by her daughters Pauline, Mary, Ann, Eileen, her brothers Terry and Paddy, her sister Collette Keogh (Nenagh) her sisters-in-law Pauline and Bernadette, her sons-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and a large circle of friends.
Rest In Peace
Anna's Funeral Mass will take place on Monday 22th September in St Ultan’s Church, Killinkere at 11am followed by interment of ashes in the family plot in the Old Cemetery in Ballyjamesduff.

Joseph Brady

Joseph Brady, Latsey, Canningstown, Cootehill, Co Cavan and formerly of Dromahair, Co Leitrim died on the 17th September 2025 peacefully at Virginia Community Health Care Centre, in the presence of his family and wonderful staff. Predeceased by his wife Susan and his brothers Padraig, Brendan and Peter.
Deeply regretted by his heartbroken family, daughter Ann, son Brian, son-in-law Vince, daughter-in-law Judi, brothers Sean, Christopher and Noel, grandchildren Katie, Luke, Joe, Kate and Charlotte, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Clarke's Funeral Home , Bailieborough (A82 W2H7) on Friday 19th September from 5pm - 7pm. Funeral on Saturday to arrive at St. Brigid's Church, Knockbride West, Tunnyduff, (A82 W271) for Funeral Mass at 11am. The Funeral Mass can be viewed live via this Live Stream Link. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Mona Fitzpatrick (née Flynn), Mountprospect, Ballyjamesduff, county Cavan on the 18th of September 2025, peacefully under the wonderful care of the staff at Cavan General Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her daughter Deirdre and sisters Collette and Pauline. Mona will be sadly missed by her loving husband Donnie, her daughters, Margaret (Brian), Lorna (Eoghan), Monica (Pat Joe), sons Gerry (Joan), Ian (Aisling), Enda (Michelle), son in law John Caffrey, her beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren, brothers and sisters.

Sharon Leinster Talbot, Danganreagh, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Farthadreen, Bailieborough, Co. Cavan. Passed away peacefully on 17th September 2025, surrounded by her loving family at home.
Predeceased by her parents Florrie and Jim.
Safe in the arms of Jesus.

Reposing in Doyle's Funeral Home, Roscrea E53 RX08 on Friday 19th September from 5pm to 7pm.
Private removal from her residence on Saturday to arrive at Aghancon Church for funeral service at 2pm.
Burial afterwards in Dungar Cemetery.

James (Jimmy) Smith died peacefully on Thursday 18th September 2025 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his wife Patsy (Patricia) Smith sisters Bridgie Reilly and Dympna Brady.
Jimmy will be sadly missed by Daniel, Ciara, Maddie, Sophie and Danny, sisters Maureen (Paddy) Harten, brothers Paddy (Maureen), Mick (Margaret), Donie (Breeda), brothers in law Terry and Bernard Smith, sisters in law Rose Smith, Maureen Masterson and Bridget Boardman, nieces, nephews and a large circle of close neighbour's and regular visitors.

Much loved mother of Margaret (Joe), Seán (Geraldine),Brendan (Barbara), Peter, Francie (Carmel), Colette (Liam),Mary (Kevin), Rita, Eilish (Gabriel), Declan (Martina), Ollie(Leeandra) and Martin (Sonia).
Grandmother to Padraig, Joseph, Susan, Evelyn, Rónán, Shane, Éadaoin, Jenny, Shauna, Padraig, Roísín, David, Aoife, Jake, Ryan, Kyle, Lily, Orán, Ciarán, Caitlín, Dylan, Kaitlyn, Craig, Kailin, Evan, Senan, Breffni, and 13 Great-Grandchildren.

The death has occurred of Arlene Finnegan, Stockton on Tees, Durham, England and formerly 22 Rock Daniel Road, Carrickmacross, Monaghan on Wednesday 17th September, suddenly after a short illness at University Hospital of North Tees, surrounded by her loving family.
Arlene will be always remembered and loved by her family, her beloved Jon, her sons Jack and Dan, her mother Mary Finnegan (née Costello - Rock Daniel Rd Carrickmacross), her brothers Stephen (Cork) and Peter (Carrickmacross), her father Peadar Finnegan (Drumgowna), her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, many friends and neighbours both in Monaghan and England.
