Patrick McDermott (formerly of Tullydraw Donaghmore, The Willows, Dungannon & Killeshandra Co.Cavan). Patrick, passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family, October 23, 2025 (R.I.P).

Loving Husband of Margaret. Cherished father of David, Gordon, Stephen, Aishling,Ronan and the late Adrian (R.I.P). Beloved grandfather and brother.

In celebration of Patrick’s life, his cremation will take place on Monday, October 27 at 12:00 noon in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan. Refreshments afterwards everyone welcome venue TBC

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, daughters in-law, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, niece's, nephews, neighbours, friends and his wider family circle.

Derek Boddy late of Fort Leiter, Bailieborough, Co Cavan passed away suddenly but peacefully on Wednesday, October 22. Predeceased by his parents Albert and Laura.

Beloved husband of Florence, his treasured wife and best friend. Devoted father to Adam (Ashling) and Donna (Javier) and adored granddad to Emily and Grace. Sadly missed by his sisters Yvonne (Cyril), Olive (Leslie), nieces and nephews. Deeply regretted by his heartbroken family, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Clarke's Funeral Home, Bailieborough on Sunday, October 26 from 12 noon - 3pm. Funeral to arrive at Bailieborough Parish Church for Funeral Service at 2pm on Monday, October 27 with burial afterwards in adjoining graveyard.

Martina Nelson, Derryglen, Carrickaboy, Co. Cavan. Friday, October 24 peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family.

Pre-deceased by her parents Michael and Josephine.

Beloved wife of Aidan Denby and devoted mother of Jack, Ruth and Eoin, much loved sister of, Jimmy, Mary, Philip, Ann, Laurence and Caroline, her adored nieces and nephews Dylan, Ella, Thomas and Maddie, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, mother-in-law and father-in-law, Kay and John Denby, uncles, aunts, relatives, neighbours, and many friends.

Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, H12RF78, Dublin Road, Cavan on Sunday, October 26 from 5.30pm until 8.30pm. Removal from her home on Monday, October 27 at 11:30am to St. Dympna's Church, Lower Lavey for 12 noon Requiem Mass, interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Patrick (Paddy) Kerr Belgard Heights and late of Tossey, Co Monaghan, 20th October 2025 peacefully, at home with his family by his side. Pre-deceased by his beloved wife Anne. Loving dad to Tom. Paddy will be forever loved and always remembered by his family, sister Tessie, sisters-in-law, daughter-in-law Rhonda, his adored and much loved granddaughter Sadie, nieces and nephews near and far, extended family and friends.

Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, Tallaght Village, on Monday (27th October) from 1pm until 4pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday (28th October) at 11am in St Mark's Church, Springfield, Tallaght following on Newlands Cross Cemetery for burial.

Margaret (Peg) Kearns (nee McKenna), Claddagh, Coolshannagh Road, Monaghan on Friday 24th October peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff in Drumbear Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving family.

Pre-deceased by her loving husband John (Johnny), her parents Edward & Catherine, sisters Sadie & Mary and brother Eamonn.

Margaret will be lovingly remembered by her son Eamon, grandchildren John and Tula, sister Susan, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. Margaret will be sadly missed and forever remembered by her family and friends.

Removal on Monday morning to arrive at St. Macartan’s Cathedral, Monaghan for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Latlurcan cemetery.
