McGahern goes 'on the record' for RTÉ radio tonight

The TV presenter from Gowna features in a radio programme talking about his record collection

GOWNA funny man Kevin McGahern is to feature in an RTÉ radio show to talk about his ‘deliberately hung onto’ record collection tonight (Sunday).

“For the Record” on RTÉ Gold is a 10-part series hosted by music fan, Pat O’Mahony, and involves the presenter visiting the homes of well-known Irish people to talk about their hard-copy music collections.

“If you've ever owned your own record collection - large or small, vinyl and/or CDs, or even cassettes - or occasionally wonder what all the music hard copies fuss is about, For The Record might ring some bells or answer a few questions,” Pat says.

In the last series, Pat visited the Blacklion home of dance music fan Neven Maguire.
