Pool hall planned for Cavan Town

Planning permission to change the first floor of 58 Main Street in Cavan Town from a restaurant to a pool hall, has been submitted to Cavan County Council

The applicant Irene Donohue, of Longwood, Co. Meath, has also applied for signage and all associated site works to take place.

Attached to the planning file also is a letter stating that Ms Donohue has granted local developer Brendan Cosgrove permission to proceed with the change of use application.

A decision is expected by November 25.
