Bboro Cootehill MD budget plan 2026

The Bailieborough Cootehill Municipal District draft budgetary plan 2026 was proposed by Fianna Fáil’s Clifford Kelly at a recent MD meeting and seconded by Sinn Féin’s Stiofán Conaty.

The total amount of funding divided out among the area amounted to €164,920.

Within the plan, housing estate grants amount to €10,000; while grants for festivals come to €7,000. Environmental grants for next year were also set at €7,000, with the playgrounds budget equal to €5, 920.

Community grants were budgeted at €10,000, and lastly the discretionary amenity budget was agreed at €125,000.
