Tractamotors to celebrate Giveback Friday event
Topline Tractamotors has partnered with the local St Vincent de Paul for Black Friday to support local families in need.
This year, Topline Tractamotors is turning Black Friday into something truly meaningful with their Giveback Friday initiative. The local hardware store has partnered with the St Vincent de Paul (SVP) Cavan Branch to support local families and individuals in need this Christmas.
On November 28 and 29, for every €1 spent in-store or online, Topline Tractamotors will donate 5 cent to SVP. All funds raised will stay within the local community, helping SVP Cavan provide essential support such as food, fuel, and financial assistance to those who may be struggling over the festive season.
The newly renamed Giveback Friday campaign encourages shoppers to enjoy great value while giving back to their community.
Hardware manager at Topline Tractamotors, Keith Rutherford, said the decision to rename the event "comes from the DNA of the company".
"We are a family-owned business in Cavan for over 60 years, where giving back is very important to all of us. We are particularly happy that the money is going to SVP at this key time of the year, Christmas, when they see a huge increase in the demand for their services.
“We wanted to move away from the idea of ‘Black Friday’ being only about bargains and instead make it about giving back,” explained Keith.
“Our Giveback Friday initiative isn’t just about great offers, it’s about making an impact. Every euro spent, whether in-store or online, will help SVP continue their incredible work supporting families and individuals who might be facing difficult times.
"The people of Cavan have always shown great generosity, and we’re proud to help that spirit shine even brighter this Christmas.”
Customers can take part by shopping in-store or online at www.thehardwareshop.ie on Friday and Saturday, November 28 and 29.
