Mona O'Reilly (nee Masterson), Fennor, Oldcastle, County Meath, and formerly Cunlin, Mount Nugent, County Cavan, peacefully at her home, 6 December 2025, surrounded by her loving family, following an illness borne with great dignity and strength.
Pre-deceased by her father Matt, her mother Annie, her brother Mattjoe, and her sister Mary.
Much loved wife of Tony, and cherished and adored mother of Jennifer and Mark (Dee).
Sadly missed by her husband, her son, and daughter; her close friends and cousins Dympna and Winnie, her sisters Kathleen (UK), Philomena(UK), her brother John (UK), brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Rest In Peace.
Reposing at Gibney's Funeral Home, Oldcastle, County Meath (A82D376) on Sunday evening from 5 o'clock until prayers at 8 o'clock.
Removal on Monday morning to St. Brigid's Church, Oldcastle, arriving for 11 o'clock Funeral Mass, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of Michael Smith, The Bungalow, Creighan, Cavan Town, Cavan. Friday December 5th, peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the staff of Cavan General Hospital.
Beloved husband of Cissy and dear father of Patricia (Barry Fitzpatrick) and the late Kevin (Olivia)
Pre-deceased by his son Kevin, brothers John- Pat and Jimmy, sisters Rose O'Shea and Nan Mulligan, nephews Michael and Johnny Smith.
Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter, son in law, daughter in law, his adored grandchildren Áine, Gerard, Niamh, Ciara and Michael, sister-in-law Breda (Jersey), nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, cousins, neighbours, relatives and many friends.

Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan on Sunday from 4.00pm until 6.30pm.
Removal from his home on Monday morning at 11.30am to the Cathedral of SS Patrick and Felim, Cavan to arrive for Requiem Mass at 12.00 noon, interment afterwards in St Joseph's Cemetery, Drumkilly.

Formerly Drumcah, Inniskeen and Channonrock, Louth. Peacefully, in the dedicated care of the staff of Castleross Nursing Home. Predeceased by her beloved husband Thomas (Teddy), parents Agnes and James and siblings Minnie (Dooley), Peter (Petie), Paddy, Thomas, Eddie, Kathleen (Meegan), Jimmy, Mairead (Dooley) and Julia (Mulligan). She will be sadly missed by her sorrowing sons and daughters Gerard, Una, Gavin and Breda, son-in-law Darren (Crawley), daughter-in-law Nicola (McShane), Gerard’s partner Trish (Feeley), grandchildren Tiarnán, Fíachra and Oisín, sister-in-law Maureen, her nephews, nieces, extended family circle and friends.

Removal on Monday, December 8th at 10am, via Channonrock, to the Church of Mary, Mother of Mercy, Inniskeen (A91 T973), arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Mary's Cemetery (A91 KT20).

The death occurred of Sean McElroy, 17 Clonkeencole, Clones, Co. Monaghan, and formerly of Tattymorris, Magheraveely, Co. Fermanagh, Saturday 6th December, peacefully in the excellent care of the staff of Cavan General Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents John-Joe and Margaret and his brother Matthew.
Sean will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his brothers Owen and Gerard (Josephine) and his sisters Jane (Seamus Tully) and Maura (Joe Brady), sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, and by all who knew and loved Sean.

Removal from Martin's family room on Monday afternoon (8th) at 12.30pm (walking from The Diamond) arriving to the Sacred Heart Church, Clones for 1pm funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in the Sacred Heart Cemetery

Teenie will be dearly missed by her beloved husband Mervyn, sons Alan, Gregory and David, daughter Doreen (Moorehead), daughters-in-law Helena and Jacinta, son-in-law Gordon. Also her treasured grandchildren Mark, Lisa, Michelle, Aaron, Ciara, Laura and James, great-grandchildren Lucy, Lily, Ella and Theo and the family circle.
