A TEENAGE girl reported missing from Emyvale has been located "safe and well".

The 17-year-old was reported missing from the north Monaghan area last Thursday, January 29.

Today, Gardaí released a statement confirming she has been located. They also thanked the public and media for their assistance.

No further action is required, An Garda Síochána said.
