Jimmie Brady Ashdene, Old Bridge Road, Cootehill, Co.Cavan. Formally White Horse Hotel. February 1st 2026. Predeceased by his parents Tom and Nan, Brothers Tommie and Eugene, Sisters Mary and Nancy.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, his wife Ann, Son Tommie, Daughters Nan, Noramai and Mary, Son-in-law Sean, grandchildren Ann, Sean, James and Edward Brother Patrick, Brothers-in-law, Sisters-in-law, Nieces, Nephews, relatives and a large circle of friends.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at his home (H16 H365) this Tuesday. Removal from his home on Wednesday morning at 10.30am to arrive at St. Michael’s Church, Cootehill for 11 o’clock funeral mass. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Middle Chapel, Cootehill.

The death has taken place of Eileen Kinsella (née McCormack), Fairview, Cavan, Monday 2nd February, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of Oakview Nursing Home, Belturbet, surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of Pat and dear mother of Martina, Sharon (Gerry), John (Teresa) and Paul (Yvonne).

Pre-deceased by parents Tommy and Maisie, brothers Eamonn, Paddy and Jimmy, sisters Mary, Margaret, Ann, Jackie and baby Sue and her son in law Bobby Dunne.

Sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughters, sons in law, daughters in law, her adored grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, Gerry and Michael, sisters Kathleen, Bernie, Meala and Janet, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.

May She Rest In Peace.

Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan tomorrow Tuesday from 5.30pm until 7.30pm.

Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 11.30am in the Cathedral of SS Patrick and Felim, Cavan. Interment afterwards in Drumavaddy new Cemetery.

Family, neighbours and close friends are welcome to call to the home of John and Teresa in Pullabawn.

It is with profound sadness we announce the untimely death of Danny Mc Quaid.

Predeceased by his brothers, Séan, DJ and his father Patrick Curly.

Danny will be sadly missed by his heartbroken mother Sharon, brother Willow, sisters Terri-Ann and Kirstin, his partner Shauna, Danny's four children Elli-Mae, PJ, Liam and Kia-Lee and his Grandfather Genie. His aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and his extended family and wide circle of friends and neighbours.

The death has occurred of Francis (Frank) Joseph Murray, Killycard, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan and formerly Kiltoome, Trim, Co. Meath on Monday, February 2nd peacefully in the tender loving care of the nurses and staff of the Lorgan Unit, St.Marys Hospital Castleblayney, surrounded by family.

Predeceased by his parents Joe and Margaret, brothers Dominic, Noel and Tony, sister Una and grandson Rory Hanley.

Frank, deeply regretted and lovingly remembered by his family, his devoted wife Marie, daughters Rosemary (Whelan), Frances (Merrick), Catherine (Hanley) and Helen, sons in-law James, Pat, William and Andy, his cherished grandchildren Barry, Hugh, Pierce, Niall, Ronan, Colin, Gráinne, Liam, Conor, Finn, Harry and Millie, brothers Paul and Larry, sister Ann Connell, brother in-law, sisters in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Frank will repose at Wards Funeral Home Castleblayney (A75NP30) on Wednesday afternoon from 4pm until 7pm. Removal from Wards Funeral Home on Thursday morning at 10:45am (proceeding on foot) to arrive at St. Mary’s Church Castleblayney for funeral mass at 11am, followed by burial in St. Loman’s Cemetery Trim, Co. Meath, arriving approximately at 2:30pm.

House private by request please.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Lorgan Unit, St. Mary’s Hospital, Castleblayney, C/o Wards Funeral Home or by donation box.
