Killygarry and Mullahoran meet in delayed U20 final
Preview
The delayed 2025 U20 Division 1 Football Championship will be concluded this evening (Friday) at 8pm on the 3G pitch at Kingspan Breffni as Mullahoran and Killygarry meet in an intriguing game.
Killygarry, who lost the Minor Championship final by a point in 2022 with this group, saw off champions Gowna in the semi-final while Mullahoran defeated Crosserlough narrowly. The competition was delayed since December due to Ramor United’s appeal over the result of their group match against Gowna.
Mullahoran will be without county U20 player Oisin Maguire, who suffered an injury last time out, while Francis Comaskey also picked up a straight red card in that game. The Dreadnoughts, under the management of Killian Brady, will look to the likes of Ultan O’Reilly, Conor Sharpe (who scored a penalty last time out), Caolán Fegan, Senan and Tadhg Sheils and Luke Maguire among others.
Austin O’Reilly’s Killygarry are also full of talent, with Cian Keaney, Dara Noonan and Charlie Fallon all potential match-winners. Neil Reilly, Jamie McDonald and Killian Reilly are also important players as is midfielder Thomas Gilsenan.
