BELTURBET GOLF CLUB
Membership
All club membership is now due. Please make contact with Sean or Bernie club treasurers immediately. No member can collect a prize unless their membership is paid up. New members will be made most welcome.
50/50 draw
All 50/50 draw cards must be returned to the club treasurers by next weekend. The first draw of the new season will take place as soon as all the cards are returned.
Spring League
Week five of the spring league is on all this week Monday to Saturday. Nine hole repeater play as often as possible. Weekly winner also team winners.
Missing club
A Scotty Cameron expensive putter has gone missing from the men's locker room. If mistake please return immediately. Camera in orperation.
Monthly medal
The April monthly medal will take place on Saturday and Sunday, April 11 and 12. Play one day only. Points for golfer of the year will count.
Surface care
It has been brought to the notice of the committee that some members are not replacing their divers on the fairways or plug marks on the greens. You are being watched try and think of the golfers coming after you.

Nos: March 23, supervised by Captain Paraic Geoghegan, were 16, 18, 26 and 28 and there were no winners of the 2,400 jackpot now rolled over to 2,500. Ladies Golf
The winner of this season’s first ladies competition, which was a 14 hole stableford, was Angie Keane with 26 points. The Ladies play in another 18 hole stableford this week and then the Breffni Shield Scotch Foursomes on April 6th to the 12th.
Men’s Monthly Medal
The men’s Monthly Medal for March resulted in winner Darren Graham (10) 67, 2nd Daithi Sheerin (14) 68 and Gross Patrick McCarville (+1). The Seniors Prize went to George Hamilton (27) 71.

Ladies News
On April 2 and 4 we have the first 18-hole Stableford competition and we look forward to a large-scale return to golf by all our members.
It is the month for firsts and the first mixed outing for all is Murvagh, Co Donegal on April 15, details of draw and tee times nearer the day.
The club have entered the Mixed fourball competition so let any of the officers know if you are available for selection.
Men’s News
The winner of the first 18-hole qualifier of the season was Michael O'Reilly with a great score of 39 points with Shane McDermott 2 back on 37 after a great round of 3 under gross. This competition was the first round in the season long Captain's Series. Well done to the winners and a great entry for the first weekend of the main season.
