Lucky Cavan player wins over €340K on Euromillions

A player in Co Cavan has scooped an impressive €344,056 on last night's Euromillions after matching five numbers and one lucky star.

The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased in the Daybreak store on Bridge Street, Cootehill, last Monday, April 13.

The winning numbers in last night's April 14 draw were: 01 - 02 - 04 - 28 - 44. The lucky stars were 05 and 12.

The biggest win of the night went to a player in Co Tipperary, who scooped the EuroMillions Plus top prize of €500,000, after matching all five numbers.

A player in County Meath also won €80,412. That ticket was bought on the day of the draw from Gillen’s Londis, Dublin Road, Trim.

National Lottery spokesperson Darragh O'Dwyer said:

“As there was no winner of the €116,712,657 jackpot on offer, Friday’s EuroMillions jackpot is now set to roll towards an estimated €130 million.”

Winners are advised to sign the back of their tickets and keep them safe. They should contact the Prize Claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie, and arrangements will be made for them to visit Lottery Headquarters to collect their prizes.
