Castleblayney based Fine Tuning Analysis is committed to helping businesses fully automate their reporting requirements through implementing visual platform Microsoft Power BI along with creating dashboards that provide access to real time data and insights. Fine Tuning Analysis is a one man show with Shaun Buckley capably running things at the moment but he is hoping to grow this to become a team of two by the end of the year. A key focus for Shawn is the Credit Union Sector in Ireland. The business goal is to provide all reporting requirements for the majority of credit unions throughout Ireland.

Describe the best thing about your service

What Fine Tuning Analysis builds gives businesses a live, accurate picture of each company’s key metrics immediately, any time they need it. No waiting, no manual work, no second-guessing the numbers. But the real value isn't the dashboard. It's what happens after when you spot a trend early, catch a risk before it becomes a problem, or walk into a board meeting with numbers you actually trust. That's what saves time. That's what changes decisions.

What's the best business advice you've ever been given?

My Dad always said people only buy from people they like and people they want to work with. So, be likeable!

What does the future hold for your business?

I believe we will be a key partner for any company in any industry that takes their reporting process seriously and values data. Just like every company needs laptops and IT equipment from other suppliers who are experts in their field, we are that experts in reports and reporting.
